Travel Fees & Agent Notary Fees

» Includes travel to any location, 20 miles, north & south from San Carlos
» Standard Mobile Service hours are from 8am-9pm
» Basic fees reflect services to start within 15 minutes of requested arrival time

1. Travel Charges Minimum............................................. $40.00
2. Additional Travel per Round Trip Mile.......................... $  1.00
3. Waiting period beyond 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time will result in an additional $25 fee.

Standard Notary Agent Fee ...............................$10 per notarized signature

Jurats (oath – affirmation - affidavit) ............. $10 per notarized signature

The two most common forms utilized for notarizations are Acknowledgments and Jurats,
• Advanced Mobile Notary provides a FREE Handling Service for forwarding client-signed documents as long as the client provides a pre-paid /pre-printed FedEx or UPS envelope
• If client needs to forward notarized documents without pre-paid /pre-printed envelope, Bay Area Mobile Notary will manage the mailing for a $10 handling charge, plus carrier cost.
